April 20, 2010

Dear Parent(s),

AIMS testing is over! Furthermore, I'm ecstatic to report that my class had perfect attendance during the week of testing, and as a school, we came close to perfect.
Beginning this week, we are continuing our literature study of The Giver, traversing a unit on astronomy in science, and in social studies, we are beginning to understand why labor unions developed in the late 19th century. Students are reviewing algebraic skills and will soon expand those skills. Furthermore, students are composing an expository essay for P.E.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (602)442-9791, and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Jason Herring
